Hassle-Free Refunds

At QuicSnacks, we believe in making things easy for you, even when it comes to refunds. If your order gets cancelled, we ensure that your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days. For prepaid orders via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the amount will be smoothly refunded to your original payment method.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we’ve got you covered too! We’ll either issue a refund cheque or try an NEFT transfer directly to the bank account linked to the "Billing Name" you provided during your order. Just a heads-up: COD and shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you've ordered through other online marketplaces, the refund will be handled by the respective platform—but don’t worry, if there’s an issue with the product itself, we’re happy to arrange a replacement.

 

Refunds at QuicSnacks are made in the following cases:

1. Order Cancellation by QuicSnacks: If we cancel your order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund.

2. Defective or Damaged Products:If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, and a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

3. Non-Delivery or Late Delivery Due to QuicSnacks Error:If there is a mistake on our end, such as wrong address input or courier issues, resulting in non-delivery or significant delay, you may be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation by User (Before Dispatch): If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a refund will be processed.
