- Dispatch Time: Once your order is confirmed, we aim to ship it within 24 to 48 working hours. Your tasty treats should reach you within 5-7 business days from the day they’re dispatched.
- Peak Season Delays: During busy holiday seasons or special sales periods, you might experience a bit of delay. We appreciate your patience and promise we’re working hard to get your snacks to you!
- Delivery Charges: Orders under ₹999 will have a ₹50 delivery fee. For orders above that amount, shipping is on us!
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times can vary depending on your location and product availability. Keep in mind, delivery estimates start from the dispatch date, not when you place your order.
- Cancellation After Dispatch: Once your order is on its way, it can’t be canceled. Please note, if an order is canceled post-dispatch, a ₹50 cancellation fee will apply.
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us at support@quicsnacks.com. We’ll handle one complaint per order for replacements or refund.
- Customs and Duties: For our domestic customers, state duties might apply and these can be unpredictable. If duties are refused, the cost of the goods or return shipping charges will be applied.

Section 2: Order Cancellation Policy
Need to Cancel Your Order? Here’s How:
- Customer Cancellations: If you change your mind, no worries! Just let us know within 5 hours of placing your order. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or shoot us an email at support@quicsnacks.com to cancel.
- Perishable Items: For orders that include perishable goodies, if you request a cancellation after dispatch, you’ll be responsible for the cost of those items.
- Company-Initiated Cancellations: Occasionally, we might need to cancel an order due to pricing errors or unforeseen issues. If that happens, we’ll issue a full refund and notify you right away.
- Delivery Failures Due to Customer Error: If there’s a hiccup with delivery because of incorrect address details or if you’re unavailable, additional re-delivery charges will apply.
Processed Orders: Once your order is in the processing stage and gearing up for shipment, it’s too late to cancel.
